The product is fantastic, exactly what I was expecting. However, my order contained a gift and was time sensitive so I ordered it Wednesday last week and chose two day shipping, and this package didn't arrive until Tuesday the following week. I sent an email requesting a refund for the shipping cost but haven't gotten a response.

I will never order from this site again.

Product was unsatisfactory. Screen printed and I paid quite a bit of money for it. Also quite cheaply made overall. It took over a month to be delivered and I had to call in to customer service 4 times. Extremely disappointed in my overall experience and will never be ordering again.
