Great lookin shirt on initial viewing

This was intended be an everyday team pride shirt.
A few problems with this custom order:
1) This medium fits like a small & the shirt is 100% cotton so it's going to shrink even more.
2) The iron-on emblems on the sleeves are crooked.
3) The sleeves are too skinny at the wrists & way too big at the arm pits.
This being a "custom order" shirt it couldn't be returned which I would have as soon as I got it.

My husband immediately wore the shirt and liked the color and the logo, but was disappointed when it was washed once in cold and shrunk (on low heat) in the dryer.
