Loved the customization feature of the sweatshirt. Very unique finished product. Great weight for moderate climates, not so sure if it would stand up to a Green Bay winter. Colors were accurate and logos were nice.
The downside - on the second time zipping the sweatshirt the bottom tab broke off and rendered the product defective.
After speaking with the NFL.com customer service center a new and identical item is on its way -- so we can hope this zipper will be as durable as the rest of the garment appeared to be.
While it took a while to get through (the day after Christmas rush) and a dropped call/2nd call to them, they made me feel good about their customer service and were very accomodating.

It's too bad that when they show the product, they did not show that the hood covers the name on the back.

It was a custom build item, designed on the NFL shop webpage. Great feeling when the final result is just as good as you expected.

This was a gift for my girlfriend, she usually wears a large in womens but I ordered a large mens since I've come to find out that any sports sizes are smaller than normal. It fits her great and the logos and lettering are fantastic, I opted for the name and number screen print on the back and am actually happy that is was screen print because it make it lighter and more flexible. The green bay logo and nfc logo on the sleeves are sewn on patches and the packers across the front is fantastic. I would defiantly recommened this but pay attention to sizing and take the time to make it the way you really want it.

product its self is nice, return policy not good our [$] hoodie has a "no return on custom" orders. Not a true size order larger than needed can't wear
