I used a gift certificate that had some value on it when the NFL Shop didn't ship my last order. Quite honestly, I have placed between five and seven orders with them over the last four years and only one order has been correctly filled. Their customer service department is a joke. If I want quality fan shop items, I shop at other sites. I am finished with the NFL Shop.
