I am extremely unhappy about your system. I entered a purchase and was timed out. I never got a confirmation for purchase. So, I entered my information again and then got 2 confirmations. I then contacted your site and was told nothing could be done; they could not cancel one order.
This was very poor service and I will not make any additional purchases again. I will share my experience when asked.
