Comments about Men's New Era Pittsburgh Steelers Draft 9FIFTY Structured Snapback Adjustable Hat:
I had already purchased the 59fifty, flex fit draft hats and the flex fit training hat so it was only a matter of time before I got the snap-back.The snap-back is basically a 59fifty with the snap-back. It has the same basic feel and fit. Having said that, The low quality materials used on these hats are starting to become a trend. I own quite a few MLB 59fifty's and these NFL hats pale in comparison. Sure the stitching is thick and rich in color, but the rest of the hat is mediocre at best. The bill is very flimsy. I would not recommend putting little more than a baseball style curve on the bill without fear of leaving a visible crease. It just feels like cheap cardboard is under the fabric. The material used for the actual hat is also very thin. Especially the snap-back. The quality is similar to cheap no-name brand hats you can buy at the local gas station. There is also very little stitching holding the snap-back into the hat.The snap-back is a decent hat if the price tag was $19.99, but for [$] I feel it is way overpriced. I was excited when the NFL made the jump from Reebok to New Era, but from now on I am going to be more cautious when making future purchases.
