I had to return jersey because it was too small, that was fine, but I have tried to find out when it will be credited to my account and no one will help me. I keep getting an automated response in my email. My intention was to exchange and I filled out the correct paper work that NFL gave me and then they said I would just have to re order when it credited. I ended up having to just re order because the credit was never applied. My son had waited for two months and was not going to make him wait any longer. Still to this day no correspondance on when we will get credit for the first jersey. I will more than likely not shop with them any more, not because of product but because of customer service. It is a shame. :-(
