I ordered one immediately after the AFC championship and received the item in a timely manner. However it arrived with the logo skewed. I returned the item for exchange and NFLshop didn't send a new one. After calling and straightening things out, they sent a second hat. It also had the logo skewed. I won't be buying a hat from NFL Shop again.

I receive it yesterday and it is in perfect condition. It was even ship faster than I expected and I'm out of the states in this moment so I assume that back home the shipping has to be a lot better. I hope that after The New England Patriots WIN the Super Bowl they release a Super Bowl hat. But seriously if you a Patriots Fan like me you need to buy this hat!

I previous owned a Patriots hat made by reebok and loved it. It was well designed, durable, and stylish. When I purchased this hat I took that into consideration. Upon arrival I was thoroughly disappointed with what was presented to me in the box. The hat itself was well made, however the logo was a iron on patch that was already peeling off. After seeing this I was highly disappointed with my purchase and decided to return it. Upon returning the item I found out that NFL.com charges a $5 restocking fee, why should I have to pay to restock a product that shouldn't have left the warehouse in the first place.

Ordered this as soon as the game ended...just got the shirt today and had to call to findout it was back ordered..... So lame. I would have gone to a local store and bought it first thing if i knew that.. should seriously let the customer know when things are back ordered...by the time I get it the Super Bowl will be here and the hat will by out dated anyway....
