I ordered the jersey three weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive the replacement from NFL shop. I got a crooked jersey and called them to have it replaced and they gave me the run around and I am still waiting to receive the replacement today. If you call the 1800 number don't bother with the reps, just ask for a supervisor. The supervisor I finally got ahold of actually knows what he is talking about and handled more in one call than the other 5 times I called in. Good luck!
