These are amazing! Great for whenever. I wear them around town to run errands, or during soccer games! I'm sure they are great for the gym and running too! They seem to run a little bigger than regular nike shorts. I'm in between a M or L, and the Ls were way baggier than my other Nike shorts of the same style. But I still absolutely love them!
