I think the look of the jersey is good. The screenprint looks nice and the new logo is just awesome. It does not fit to size as advertised however. The problem is in the sleeves. Nike has sewn the bottoms of the sleeves too low on the sides of the jersey. This makes arm movement feel very constrictive like it's holding your arms down. You will have problems throwing up your touchdown signs when Cam scores when wearing this jersey. The "Keep Pounding" on the inside collar is a great touch but note that it is screenprinted as well and it might not hold up over time.

New Nike Panthers jersey is great.The only con I can see is that the "Keep Pounding"logo on the inside collar should be sewn,not screen printed.And there is a slight difference in the blue in comparison to the Reebok jersey.The new color is almost like the Jacksonville green.
