Manufacturing Defects

This is the second jersey I have ordered and also the second jersey with a manufacturing defect. The bars on the sleeves are screen printed and have arrived deformed. It looks like the jersey was folded before the screen print dried/cooled or the cardboard tag attached to the sleeve leaves an indention. Either way, it is disappointing to pay so much for a jersey and it doesn't look new.

After receiving my first jersey I called NFLShop.com and they ordered me a replacement at now charge (have to mail in the old jersey). I'm not sure what's going to happen after the second incident.
