This was a gift for my brother who is a very big Steelers fan. He wanted a Hines Ward jersey and since Ward is retired I had to make a custom one. I did not like that it was more expensive but my brother loves it so that's good enough for me.

The actual product was fine, once I actually received it! It was made well. The only problem I had was getting it on time. Also, I had paid for gift wrapping & it did NOT arrive gift wrapped! That was disappointing, but again, the actual jersey is well made & am happy that, when it finally arrived, it was done correctly.

Name is Tyler...Not Tylor. I can't believe this misprint. I have my order clearly stating "TYLER". Still waiting on a response from customer service. Idiots! Please save your money and dont wait it on a custom jersey. Hopefully they can spell the players names correct this year.

Ordered a personalized Elite Jersey on April 25 and today is July 17 and still have not received it. Was told ordered was canceled. What a terrible company...couldn't even tell me....why are they selling products they don't have? I will sell you the Brooklyn Bridge...I don't own it but I will work to acquire it after you buy it....and if I can't I will just refund your money and walk away...great company....I will buy all my products from overseas companies for 1/3 the cost.

I ordered a personalized jersey with Sarah Y on it, not able to do "Y" but no contact and too bad - poor customer service with no solution just a "too bad, take it or leave it" attitude. Shame on you....
