I bought the jersey for myself. I love Titans and the jersey. The problem is the jersey was damaged. Then I called to get a replacement and everyone was friendly. I called on August 6 for the replacement and it's now the 18th with no order update. I have called 3 times and no one is able to give me a status. I was told I was going to get rush shipping and when I talk to they reps they say that is not noted. It was supposed to be to me from the 17th to the 24th of August and it still has not been shipped on the 18th. I AM VERY UPSET with NFL Shop's service!!!!
