Comments about Men's Nike San Diego Chargers Philip Rivers Elite Team Color Jersey:
New Nike jersey is awesome. Takes a little time to get used to the new more fitted size. So don't expect them to be baggy like the reebok one's. if you have the money, get one

Love these new nike jerseys! the stitching is high quality. I have read many complaints about the fit and was worried, but luckily the 44 fits perfect! will take some getting used to after wearing reebok authentic. My only complaint would be that the bolts are pretty skinny! Other than that I love it.

The material is made to soften after wash. I own authentic college jerseys by Nike and they are 2nd to none

Comments about Men's Nike San Diego Chargers Philip Rivers Elite Team Color Jersey:
I HAVE to have authentic jerseys. Since my earliest days as a Charger fan in San Diego in the late 1970's I was parked on Coryell's Sports store, the only place you could get authentic Charger jerseys at the time, to buy my first customized authentic jersey. I have had authentic, customized jerseys every time a new generation of jerseys is released. I was one of the first to order the new Nike Elite customized jerseys when they became available. I can't wait for the away (white) jersey to be released and the powder blue (alternate) jersey. When ordering this jersey remember that game worn jerseys are customized to each individual player by the team equipment managers. They have their own tailors. Most all players have the sleeves and abdomen areas customized to their own personal preferences so this jersey will not be a great fit unless you too have it customized to your own liking. Yes, it is stiffer than jerseys of the past because for my money (and I've spent a bundle on authentic jerseys) it's better made than jerseys of the past. If you really REALLY wanna show your team pride, you have to get this jersey - you have to get the Elite version which is game authentic, and if you're as nuts about your team as I am, you have to have it customized with your own name and number. I think it's very well worth every penny you pay.

Comments about Men's Nike San Diego Chargers Philip Rivers Elite Team Color Jersey:
I own all 3 Reebok authentic chargers jerseys. My white jersey was getting worn down so I've waited a year to get the Nike jersey. The look of them were outstanding.... on the player intros. I went to the chargers team store to actually try on the rivers elite. My first impression was this jersey is VERY stiff, second was the non-mesh material felt like material found on a replica baseball jersey (definitely don't wanna wear this on day games in the sun). Third and minor problem is that the new Nike neck 'flywire' material does not line up with the neck.
I was really looking forward to the Nike jerseys, but my feeling is that they screwed up on the first line of them. Hopefully they will get them right in a year or two. As of now, just ordered a white Reebok authentic for $126. "Nike, love the shoes, but fix the jerseys. Very disappointing."
(If you live in SD and want to get your Reebok authentic jerseys professional tailored, go to T&T Alterations in Point Loma. $20 each, All three tailored, all three look 10x better)

Comments about Men's Nike San Diego Chargers Philip Rivers Elite Team Color Jersey:
These jerseys are great. They have an athletic fit so you may need to get one size bigger. All the embroidery and stitching is that of a game issued jersey. The only differences between game issued jersey and elite retail jersey is that these jerseys are made larger in the torso area. The entire jersey has a 4 way stretch so it is extremely durable. The outline colors to the numbers are recessed. The tag inside has 2 metallic threads to weed away counterfeiters. I have been a collector of jerseys for years and I can honestly say Nike has gone above and beyond on the craftsmanship of this jersey.

Comments about Men's Nike San Diego Chargers Philip Rivers Elite Team Color Jersey:
The jersey looks great but it's stiff. It fits differently than the Reebok authentic jersey it's also bigger, wider. This jersey you need to wear shoulder pads, the sleeves and shoulders sit perfectly on your shoulders but as soon as you lift your arms above your head it feels weird. No to sure if I want to keep it. For [$] it's not worth it.

What is with this jersey? Is it defective? The sleeves fit REALLY weird! NO ARM movement at all. Plus it is VERY stiff. Not comfortable to wear AT ALL. Thumbs down Nike.
