I purchased 2 jerseys, one for myself and one for my husband as a Christmas present. I washed mine - according to directions - and words escape me. I actually cried when I pulled it out of the washer. The white on the numbers on the front of the jersey have already torn and partially disintegrated. I am in the process of sending it back; am waiting until after Christmas to see if my husband wants his first. Who knows, may be sending both back. If he wants to keep his jersey, I will definitely be HAND WASHING it. I am hoping that the jersey I send back is replaced, although the return policy states "original condition." In the original, unwashed condition, the jersey looked great, I would not even have thought the lettering would disintegrate! This is NOT the first jersey I have purchased from NFLshop.com, but it may very well be the last. Our other jerseys still look brand new, and have been washed repeatedly.
