I had bought this product for my boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary. I wanted the fitted hat because he doesn't like the ones with the velcrow on the back or the adjustment hats. But he is a big bears fan, so he went and bought a case and now displays it in the case for everyone to see. He does not want it to get ruined or dusty. Other than that he loved that hat, never had someone get something customized for him, so Thank you to the NFL shop for helping me out!

Everything is pretty much explained by the pro/cons. My only issue is that my name could've been a lot bigger. I guess that's what you get when ordering an item that is more realistically priced then what they usually charge in comparison to the rest of their gear.
