Great quality. Ordered XS. Snug Fit. Good fit if you are small in the chest area.
Shoulders do feel a little uncomfortable at first because it is cut like a jersey. I love that it is styled for women.

The quality is exceptional, and if you're looking into purchasing a women's "limited" jersey, I'm certain you'll be happy with the product if you find the right size. The issue with the women's jerseys is that they run smaller than the size chart indicates. I purchased this jersey for my girlfriend, whose relatively small. Per the size chart's indication, I ordered a small. I've since returned the jersey, which has been in shipping limbo for four weeks now. Trust me and the other reviewers: ORDER ONE SIZE LARGER THAN THE SIZE CHART INDICATES YOU SHOULD ORDER. Save yourself the 4-6 weeks you'll be without a jersey (and without the money you spent on it).

Purchased this as a Christmas gift and she LOVED it! Even though I'm not a Redskins fan I can say these new NFL Nike jerseys are awesome. Don't sell yourself short with the cheap "game" jersey (screen-printed name/numbers/logo). Go with the "limited" (stitched on name/numbers/logo) or the "elite/authentic" if you have money like that.
