I am 5'3" and weigh approx. 165 lbs. I ordered this in XL and was very happy with the fit. I already had a couple Nike tees in XL and based my order on that. The jersey actually fit looser and was longer than expected, based on other reviews. As for the size of letters and number on the jersey: they're smaller because it's a LADIES jersey. If you want full size numbers, order it in mens.

I wear my NFL gear to work and around town. I like how this jersey fits me...not baggy as a men's jersey would be. I'm not too keen on the black elastic at the end of the sleeves...could be a little looser.

Ordered a XXL Women's jersey for my wife; it's about the size of a small/medium T-shirt.
If you wear anything larger than a medium, be safe and order your jersey in a men's size to be sure it will fit you.

I was terribly disappointed in the quality of this jersey, especially considering the price. The numbers and decals look like they were ironed on and were too small to look good. I will be returning this jersey.
As far as fit, the jersey runs on the small side.

Sooooo disappointed in this! The quality is marginal, the fit is small (I am 5'3, 138lbs, ordered 2xl and it's just slightly loose), and the numbers/name are about 1/3 of the "normal" size - it just looks weird. Returning it.
FYI - I bought a youth XL at retail store and it fits just fine, just a hair smaller than the 2xl womens. Plus, the name/numbers are the normal size. Mens sizes just don't fit me right, but if you are short like me, you can probably get by with the youth version.
