I am usually a Med or Lg, bust size is 38". I ordered the large, and it is a little tight around the bust. I was going to return for XL, but i see other comments, only length longer. Returning for credit.

I am normally a size large (sometimes medium if cut big), but usually a large to fit comfortably. When I received the large shirt, I was surprised at how tight it was -- more like a snug medium,so I ordered an x-large and now am shocked to see that it is really no roomier than the large. I just laid the large onto the x-large and the difference is the x-large sleeves and hem are longer -- maybe about 1/8 inch, negligible difference, actually, but there is no real difference in the body. I think they're using the same size shirt only with different labels saying different sizes.
