Actual hat is more distressed than in the photo, with fabric fraying on the front of the bill and graphics coming off. Otherwise well-constructed. The band fits well and doesn't have that snapped-to-fit band. It looks more like a fitted cap, which is great. Would have preferred the fabric not frayed on the bill.
