This plate is not legal in Ohio because it covers the stickers on the bottom of your license plate. The county sticker and the expiration date sticker will both be covered by this license plate frame. The police will stop you if they see those stickers covered by a license plate frame. I bought it and wish I hadn't because I can't use it.
