I loved the idea of a design your own shirt and I was really excited to order this t-shirt and two others for my three sons. Upon arrival (much later than I understood they would arrive) I was sorely disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship of the shirts. The fabric is so thin, I can read a book through it when held up to natural light. In addition to being late and poor quality, the sizing of the Patriots t-shirt was way off. There was little to no difference between the small shirts I ordered my younger sons and the medium I ordered for my older son. Suffice to say I will most definitely not order t-shirts from NFL.com again and the whole experience with this order casts substantial doubt on whether I will spend my $$ at NFL.com again.

Also, I noted it as 1 star simply because I was required to. If there was a way to submit this with a 0 star rating, that would have been entered.

Bought for my son's birthday. Customization was easy and fun to do, but the price for the customization made it a very expensive t-shirt.
When it arrived, it was unbelievably wrinkled ... like a monkey had at it for the last half hour. Completely ruined the moment. Clearly, we were able to iron it out, but first impression affected the experience. Too bad.
