The construction is solid but the glass isn't perfectly clear, giving it an overall gray/dark look. Also, the purple coloring doesn't stop halfway up the stem like in the picture. Instead, the coloring goes almost the whole way up the stem so the glass doesn't look quite as elegant as pictured. I wouldn't buy it for someone as a gift but it's a cute item and a fun way to show off your team spirit.

Good 'general purpose' wine glass. It's not so fragile that you're hesitant to use it on the patio. True color and quality etching.
