The XL was big enough to fit a house. The shirt was then reordered with no problem, it was then canceled and no one let me know. Third call reordered and now fourth call order was canceled again and my account credited. I wanted a shirt, not my money back. Weird. There was a positive side to this whole experience, they were real nice on the phone.

First of all, I had to order this twice. The first shipment i got, all the letters and numbers came off on the customer Chargers t-shirt.[...]however upon recieving the next shirt one of the sleeves did not have the numbers (which I paid extra for)but at that point, it was a christmas gift and I gave up on you trying to get it right.I have since put in an order (12/26) for a hooded sweatshirt with a custom design. I have made my mind up, if this gets cancelled (as the earlier Pittsburg hooded sweatshirt I ordered did) see order# 9578388686, I will never do buisness with you again and will be sure and let everyone I know not to do buisness with you as well. I spend my hard earned money, does NFLshop.com not care? are you so busy you can't take care of a customer. Besides the complete screwup on the shirt on that particular order, you just abruptly cancelled the hooded sweatshirt.By the way, what is the deal with hooded sweatshirts taking 5 weeks, does a company your size not have the means of finding hooded sweatshirts?? God knows you charge enough for them but 5 weeks is an insane amount of time!No sir, if this one is cancelled Adios Amigos!I will take my buisness elsewhere.
