I have had awful luck ordering online from the NFL Shop. I use the NFL shop for merchandise that is not available in my area or for customized merchandise.

In the past I have ordered 4 customized items and everytime I do; I always tell myself that I am not ordering customized gear anymore because only once I was satisfied. I've spent about $350 on personalization, twice I was pleased but once I had ordered the wrong size. I oredered a customized sweatshirt. It was gorgeous. The logo on the chest was stitched on twill and also was the sleeve logo with screenprint on the back. I had used the size chart and took my measurements but did not like the way the item fit once I received it and obviously there are no returns on customized items.

I had decided that the previous sweatshirt was so gorgeous that I gave it to my fiance' but had to have another one for myself. I did not want to match her so I went to the NFL Shop and ordered another sweatshirt but decided to go with the retro logo. It fits and its nice looking but had I known that the logos on the chest and sleeve were screen printed, then I wouldn't have spent that kind of money on a screen printed sweatshirt. I am disappointed.

The other two customized items that I had bought were Saints jerseys. The first one was hidious. The gold used on the numbers did not match the other pre screened colors. It was terrible. The other jersey that I ordered is what I expected. I do not plan to buy customized merchandise anymore because even with the product descriptions I have no idea what to expect when I receive it and those items are non-returnable.

I bought a Saints NFL hoodie and it is one size too big. I can live with it and I love it but I wish it fit better. My fiance' loves it so much that she has one coming tomorrow for her birthday.

My favorite team is the Saints but I follow the Jets and Ravens. I can get most of the Saints items that I want here at home. If I buy it here and I want one in Jets or Ravens, then I know how it fits and what to expect so I feel confident in ordering from the NFL Shop because I know what to expect. The item will be identical but in another teams color and logo. If I don't own the item already then I am not ordering online because I'm not confident that I will get what I want.
