I ordered 3 of these for myself and 2 friends. 2 of the 3 necklaces came with the chain that attaches the football disconnected from the ribbon. The loops that connect the pendant pieces are very delicate and I had to tighten them all.

be very careful. the construction is very poor. i bought three of these for my wife and two daughters. two arrived with the team pendant already detached and all three had knotted chains. a real pain to fix.
