I bought my wife the customized sweatshirt and the team logos and conference logos were sewn patches that were fixed to the sweatshirt. She loves it. I was jealous every time she wore it. Bought one for myself and was very disappointed when opened mine and found that the mens customized sweatshirt not only does not have the crisp sewn patches, but the heat set they used is very thin and allows the color of the sweatshirt to show through.

When the Patriots made the super bowl I was excited to order a custom sweatshirt. Shipping was adequate and it arrived in plenty of time. When I opened the package I was amazed how cheap the material was and how stiff it felt. I was amazed that everything on the sweatshirt was screen printed, for the [$]I paid I expected a whole lot more. Also the sizes run really small. On top of this when I went to put it on there was a hole in the sweatshirt that got worse when I put it on. So now I am stuck with a custom sweatshirt that I may not even be able to return. If NFL shop is going to over charge by this much and ship really low quality products I won't be ordering again.

I own 7 of these custom hoodies. I have been buying them for at least 3 years now. I have 2 in blue, 1 in grey, 1 in black, 1 in red (bought with a gift card), 1 in brown, and 1 in orange. I have been happy with all of them except the grey one, which was the least comfortable. I will probably buy more, but I hope the issues I list will either get solved, or the prices comes down...otherwise, the value is declining in my view.

I love my hoodies. I love designing them, but my love has diminished recently. When I first started buying these, I would have rated them 5 stars, now, however, I can't given them better than a 3. In the last year or so, they switched from being made in China to being made in Pakistan. Since that change, I have felt a decline in quality.
I have noticed the following changes:
1. Size are less true to expectations now. They are running a little small.
2. The placement of the chest logo, which was never perfect, has become more and more skewed to one side now.
3. The quality of the fleece material has declined. It has become thinner, less soft, and less pliable or stretchy. Basically, while still comformtable, they are less so.
4. A decline in craftsmanship. The most recent one I ordered had these little flaps of extra fabric inside the front pocket. I noticed them right away by feel. It shows a lack of care in manufacturing.

In all likelihood I will buy more, but probably not as many as planned, and probably not as quickly until or unless these issues are resolved.

I recently purchased this product thinking that it would be a nice customized hoody that I could wear when I didn't want to wear my jersey. However, when I received it, I was deeply disappointed. I was under the impression from the description that the numbers, names and team symbols would be patches. The team symbols were patches (iron on though), but the names and numbers were screen printed. I would rather have paid even more for this hoody, and had all patches sewn on, with stiff patches for the name and numbers. As it is now, I could see a season of washing ruining this hoody.

Additionally, the hoody itself feels light. I live in South Dakota currently, and I just don't see wearing this outside very often without a lot more layers. Maybe inside during the game it will be better, but I just can't justify wearing this as a display of everyday support.

For the cost, it's just not worth what I got. Give me the option to pay double or triple, and have a quality, durable product, and I will pay it every time.

When i recived my Custom Hooded Sweetshirt the first thing i noticed was the weight of the box. I knew right way that a 6xl hoodie should have weight to it and this didnt. When i took it out the package i was right. The hoodie is very thin in material....Honestly i should of bought a Long Sleeve T shirt instead if i knew this. The reason why i bought a hoodie is for warmth. You will not get that with this product. Other then it beeing realy thin there aint nothing else wrong with it. Also beeing a custom product it is not returnable. Bottom line is to thin to be a hoodie, not warm at all.

I got one of these today for Christmas and it's a very high quality product.
- The fleece is soft and warm, but not scratchy.
- The team logo is done in tackle twill, like you'd find a a jersey and not ironed-on like you might expect.
- The lettering on the back is a high-quality vinyl type of material.

All in all, a very nice hoodie and one I'm sure even Belichick would like. :)

This hoodie is great because it keeps you warm and you have the front pocket that is nice for your hands. My son loves it!
