I ordered another sweatshirt from NFL.com and it was the usual great quality I am used too. This sweatshirt, in comparison MUST be a fluke. The sweatshirt itself was ok, the customized add-ons I requested seemed faded and of inferior workmanship. NFL.com said they would ship another one, but I have yet to receive it. In fairness, it may be on it's way; it has only been about 12 days.

I have never ordered such a poorly made custom item. I returned the first item and the replacement was just as bad! You can get a better quality hoodie from stores in a mall. I had very high hopes for my first NFLSHOP purchase and I was quite disappointed! The actual quality of this "custom" hoodie will disappoint you.
