I bought this same bag through someone else and after my review and disappointment they changed the description. It is no where near close to fitting my 17" laptop. plus on the tag it says its for a 15".
I liked it and would have loved to keep it so if you have a 15" then I recommend it.

I ordered this for my son who has a 17" laptop but the case is 2" short. When I looked up the item to call for a return shipping label, I scrolled down under "features" and it says the dimensions are 15" X 12". I don't know why they thought it would fit a 17". Also the case has rings on either side for a shoulder strap which did not come with it. I like the padded fabric and wish it would fit even if it didn't come with the shoulder strap.

The product is clearly advertised as holding up to 17" laptops but the delivered product is clearly labeled holds up to 15" laptops. Inconvenience to the purchaser and expectation that purchaser pay to return the item. No response from Customer Service.
