I wasnt hesitant from the minute I saw this jacket and I am glad I grabbed one when they came back in stock. My bro gave me a nflshop giftcard so this is what I grabbed. I havent had a chance to fully test it out in the freezing cold because it has been in the 60's here in PA lately. But I think with a few layers consisting of like a long sleeve tee and a sweatshirt underneath this would keep you pretty warm.

The only con I have is the hood and collar are together and it forms a windflap around your neck, I just dont care for this style.

Where it all the time to work. It's a perfect weight for me and the Southern Ontario Winter (most days, anyway). The only thing i don't like is the velco strip up around the neck area. It rubs on the shoulder of the jacket when worn unzipped (which i do 99% of the time) and it scuffs the material on the shoulder area ((right side only). I would prefer it didn't have this strip of velcro on the top and perhaps replace it with a snap style. other then that, A+.

This is a great jacket. I love it, plus I constantly get compliments about it. It is a great buy if you can get it on sale.

The description says midweight, but it is as heavy as I will ever use. I bought another jacket shortly after this one, only because I wanted a jacket. These may sound like complaints, but they are meant as compliments. This is no jacket, it is a coat, and a good one. I don't wear it much in NC, wear it back home in PA.
