Eligibility: The NFL SuperDad Sweepstakes (hereafter, "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the National Football League (hereafter, "Sponsor"), its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, L.P., Project Support Team, Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
Promotion Period: Sweepstakes begins 9:00:00 am (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on 5/27/09 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on 6/24/09 (hereafter, "Promotion Period").
Two Ways to Enter: 1) Visit www.nfl.com/superdad during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions provided to complete and submit the Official Entry Form. If you'd like, you may also attach a high resolution digital color photograph of your Dad wearing his favorite NFL team's gear to the Official Entry Form along with a title and brief photo caption. Submission of a photo is optional. Photos will not be judged and submitting a photo will not increase your chances of winning. If an entrant chooses to submit a photograph, photographs must: (i) be an original, on which no image editing software has been used; (ii) be saved in a GIF, JPG or JPEG file format not to exceed 2MB; (iii) have been taken by you; (iv) not defame or otherwise violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party; and (vi) not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances. Photo titles and captions must be original, true and owned by you. Entrant must have secured the requisite consent and obtained the rights, title and interest from subject and any third party referenced (other than NFL team being supported) in photo, photo title and/or caption (including, but not limited to, subject's identity, any company or other third party trademarks or logos or other third party content) to submit photo, photo title and caption in connection with this Sweepstakes and to grant the rights to Sponsor described herein. Entrant must be able to produce such consent in a form acceptable to Sponsor if requested to do so by Sponsor; OR 2) Make a purchase online at www.nflshop.com during the Promotion Period and you will automatically receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per transaction, regardless of the number or value of items purchased in said transaction. Account adjustment transactions/returns and international transactions are not considered eligible transactions for entry. Entries from unauthorized credit card or credit card number use or made with lost or stolen credit cards or credit card numbers are void. All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 pm ET on 6/24/09 to be eligible. All entries and photos (including titles and captions) become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Following the conclusion of the Promotion Period, each entrant will receive an email containing a promotional code number which may be used at NFLShop.com to receive 10% off a future purchase. Certain restrictions on promotional code discount may apply. Only two (2) entries per person and per e-mail address will be accepted per day, regardless of method of entry. In case of entries received in excess of two (2) on any day from any one person and e-mail address, only the first two (2) entries received from that person or email address on such day will be accepted. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry) to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entry through such means and any entry that is deemed to be ineligible (at Sponsor's sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules) will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the e-mail address submitted, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable online entry/order form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said entry form was submitted), provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, or undelivered entries, transactions, photos, photo titles and captions or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or transactions, the incorrect uploading of any photos or the announcement of the prizes; or for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or is in violation of these Official Rules and void all associated entries.
By submitting a photograph, photo title and caption as part of the entry, entrant hereby grants permission for the photograph, photo title and caption to be posted on www.nfl.com/superdad or other websites. Entrant agrees that Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized use of photographs, photo titles and/or captions by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any photograph, photo title and/or caption.
Entrants' personally identifiable information will only be used in accordance with the National Football League Privacy Policy, as posted on http://www.nfl.com/help/privacy.
Winner Selection: The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 6/30/09 from among all the eligible entries received by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging organization. Prize will be awarded to the individual submitting the entry. In the case of transaction entries, prize will be awarded to the person named on the transaction. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and/or mail. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry (with or without purchase or a photo, title and caption) will have an equal chance of winning.
Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: An Ultimate NFL Dream Room consisting of one (1) of each of the following items: Samsung LN32A450 32" 720p LCD HDTV; Boelter Countertop Fridge; Imperial International Neon Sign; Dreamseat Xzipit Recliner; Baseline Licensing 90in x 39in. NFL Team Sofa; EA Sports Madden NFL 10 for either Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or Nintendo Wii video game consoles (consumer choice) and Milliken & Company Homefield Area Rug (size: 7 feet 8 inches x 10 feet 9 inches). Each item awarded in Grand Prize except for the HDTV will be branded with winner's choice team emblem should it be available. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") = $3,609.95. (9) First Prizes: EA Sports Madden NFL 10 for either Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or Nintendo Wii video game consoles (consumer choice). ARV = $59.99 each. All prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. All prizes are awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners, including, for Grand Prize winner, delivery and installation fees, if applicable. ARV of all prizes = $4,149.86.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) is permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within ten (10) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing, the inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or return of a prize or prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarding of prize to an alternate winner. Subject to the rights granted to Sponsor herein, each entrant retains all copyrights in submitted photos. By entering, each entrant agrees that Sponsor shall have, without limitation, the perpetual non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right worldwide to edit, adapt, modify, publish, exploit and use the submitted photos, photo titles and captions and subjects' likeness or any elements thereof in any way and in any and all media now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity, for trade, advertising, promotional and/or other purposes as Sponsor and its designees may determine without further consideration, permission or notification to entrant, subject of photo (if applicable) or any third parties. Entrants further agree, by entering, that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant's name, city and state of residence, photograph, photo title and caption and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or use of the rights granted herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select winners from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys' fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
