Please note all sales are final and customized items/orders cannot be modified or canceled. Customized items cannot be returned or refunded. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. If you are unable to locate an item for a specific team, then unfortunately this item is either out of stock or no longer available.

NFL Custom Regulations

Please review the list of rules below before ordering a customized item.

• Player names must match the current team rosters and the team for which they currently play
• Retired player names cannot be printed on the team's jersey from which they retired
• Adult and youth jerseys have a maximum of 10-12 characters
• Characters accepted are capital A-Z and spaces in the name field; 0-9 in the number field
• Each space counts as one character
• No slang, phrases or profanity will be accepted
